Perfect PH "Perfect Herbs" Instructions:
1. Place Perfect PH yoni steam seat (sold separately) in toilet or comfortable place.
2. Scoop two table spoon of herbs and pour it into the yoni steam seat
3. Boil hot water
4. Pour it on top of the steam
5. Wait 5-8 minutes until water is cool (careful not to burn bottom)
6. Sit on top of seat and cover your legs with a towel to keep steam inside.
7. Sit for 15-20 minutes
8. Then shower
* do not use if you have an IUD it will cause disruptions
