Vaginal Suppository Instructions:
1. Insert syringe into oil as solid (if product is melted, refrigerate for 5-8 min).

2. Lift syringe and plug it into the product (It should be solid).

3.Extract the product and add the vaginal suppository and insert as far into the vagina as you can and empty contents.

4. Must use 5 days twice a day.  

 

1. Place yoni steam seat in toilet or comfortable place.

2. Scoop two table spoons of Perfect Ph yoni herbs and pour it into the yoni steam seat

3. Boil hot water

4. Pour it on top of the Perfect Ph yoni herbs inside of the yoni steam seat

5. Wait 5-8 minutes until water is cool (careful not to burn bottom)

6. Sit on top of yoni steam seat and cover your legs with a towel to keep steam inside.

7. Sit for 15-20 minutes

8. Then shower
